Personal Training

1 – 1 Personal Training Session. Perfect for beginners looking to start their fitness journey with guidance and support. Includes nutritional coaching. 

£30 per session. 

 

Group Training

Small group personal training sessions (2-6 people), focusing on individualised coaching while providing the support and motivation of a community atmosphere.

£10 per session.

Conditioning classes 

Your all-in one performance engine. Expect a carefully balanced blend of strength, agility, mobility, and cardiovascular work — all wrapped into one energetic session. You’ll shift between resistance (weights, bands, bodyweight) and movement formats (intervals, circuits, dynamic transitions), with each block designed to activate different systems of your body.

Online Coaching

Includes fully customised gym programs, weekly check-ins, and constant feedback. Perfect for those needing flexibility while maintaining professional support and guidance.

£180 – 6 Week programme.

Nutritional Coaching 

Includes fully customised nutrition plans, weekly check-ins, and regular feedback. Perfect for those needing accounatability and guidance with nutrition. 

£60 – 6 Week Nutritional Coaching.
